1. About Our Services
J&E; Cleaning Services offers residential and commercial cleaning services in Miami, Florida, including:
– Regular Cleaning
– Deep Cleaning
– Move In / Move Out Cleaning
– Post-Construction Cleaning
– Special services upon prior request
The scope of each service will be specified in the quote provided to the client.
2. Quotes and Pricing
– All quotes are based on the information provided by the client.
– If the property has conditions different from those described (excessive dirt, extreme clutter, larger size, or disorder), the price may be adjusted before starting the service.
– Some services may require prior inspection or submission of photos.
3. Reservations and Scheduling
– Appointments are confirmed only when the client accepts the quote and schedules a date and time.
– Times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other prior services.
– If the team is delayed more than 30 minutes, the client will be notified.
4. Property Access
The client must ensure that the team can access the property at the scheduled date and time.
If entry is not possible and the client cannot be reached:
– A no-show fee of $40 will apply.
– The service must be rescheduled.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
– Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: no charge.
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: a $40 fee will apply.
– Cancellations at the time the team arrives: 50% of the service cost will be charged.
6. What the Cleaning Service Includes and Does NOT Include
Our services do not include:
– Organization of spaces (closets, drawers, paperwork).
– Lifting heavy objects or moving large furniture.
– Cleaning hazardous areas or areas with severe mold, pests, or biological fluids.
– Laundry (NOT provided).
– Maintenance, repair, or gardening services.
Specific details of the contracted service will be clarified before starting.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If the client is not satisfied with any part of the service:
– They must notify us within 24 hours after the service.
– The team will return to correct the area at no additional cost.
– Full refunds are not provided for services already performed.
8. Safety and Health
To protect our team:
– Work will not be performed in areas with biological hazards, excessive mold, animal waste, or severely unsanitary conditions.
– Services may be canceled if conditions are unsafe, with a minimum fee applied.
9. Losses and Damages
– All reasonable precautions are taken to avoid damage.
– If damage caused by our staff is verified, J&E; Cleaning Services will evaluate the situation and offer repair or fair compensation.
– We are not responsible for fragile items or items not disclosed in advance.
10. Payments
– Payment must be made on the same day of service, upon completion.
– Accepted payment methods: cash and Zelle only.
11. Website Use
By using this site, you agree that you will:
– Not copy content, images, or information without permission.
– Not attempt to breach the website’s security.
– Not use our contact information for unauthorized purposes.
12. Privacy Policy
